BilaEmpower Ltd, has collaborated with established First Nations Sovereign Allied Health Major Partners and collaborators to offer our Indigenous-led EAP service Australia wide.


BilaEmpower's innovative Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a bespoke service that is flexible and responsive to your organisation's needs. The program is developed to meet your organisation's needs. We prioritise social consciousness by actively supporting communities. Our commitment includes fostering opportunities and ensuring security for First Nations businesses. By promoting collaboration among Indigenous enterprises, we aim to strengthen their foundation and facilitate sustainable growth within their communities.

What is Our EAP?

 Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an Indigenous specialist support service designed to help employees with personal or work-related problems. We focus on providing this help in a way that respects, is informed by and includes First Nations cultures and perspectives.

Who is BilaEmpower?

BilaEmpower is a First Nations not-for-profit charity based on Kaurna Country (South Australia), founded by Bianca Stawiarski and Tod Stokes, emerging as a decolonised and holistic way to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in driving change.
