BilaEmpower's innovative Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a bespoke service that is flexible and responsive to your organisation's needs. The program is developed to meet your organisation's needs. We prioritise social consciousness by actively supporting communities. Our commitment includes fostering opportunities and ensuring security for First Nations businesses. What is Our EAP?

 Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an Indigenous specialist support service, with 100% First Nations clinicians, designed to help employees with personal or work-related problems. We focus on providing this help in a way that respects, is informed by and includes First Nations cultures and perspectives.

BilaEmpower is a First Nations not-for-profit charity based on Kaurna Country (South Australia), co-founded by Bianca Stawiarski and Tod Stokes, emerging as a decolonised and holistic way to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in driving change.
